Shannon Fetters, Math Coach

Bob Boyce, English Language Learners (ELL)
Mr. Boyce received his Bachelor of Science degree in elementary education from Salisbury University in 1995, and his master's in 2002 from Salisbury University in English as a second language.  He has been an educator for 20 years in several roles; a classroom teacher (1st, 2nd, and 5th grades), a math resource teacher, and has spent the last nine years as the ELL teacher at PES.

Shannon Phillips, Speech Therapy
Mrs.Phillips is a graduate of the Worcester County Public School System and has furthered her education at Towson State University where she obtained her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech-language pathology.  She is certified by ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) and currently services children at PES and PHS. She has worked in Worcester County since 1998 and has been at PES since 2004.  She has previously worked in both Somerset and Wicomico Counties.


Jill Dillon, School Psychologist
Ms. Dillon has been working as a Nationally Certified School Psychologist since 2008. She serves Pocomoke Elementary School, Pocomoke Middle School, Pocomoke High School, Snow Hill High School, as well as the Alternative Program at the Board of Education. She has an avid interest in the education, as well as the social and emotional development of all  our children. Being both a parent and employee in the school system gives her the extra motivation to see that our children in this community are getting what they need to become successful adults.  She believes in and praises our Blue Ribbon status and is honored to be a part of this team. Without our amazing staff, we would not be where we are today!

Laura Stidham, Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Beverly Watson, FAME (Formative Assessment for Maryland Educators) Coach
Mrs. Watson is a 21st year educator at Pocomoke Elementary School. She has earned a master’s degree in special education and holds both Administrator I and Administrator II certifications. Mrs. Watson is a member of Pocomoke Elementary School’s Building Leadership Team, Character Education/PBIS Team, Instructional Consultation and Pupil Services Team. She encourages kindergarten and first grade students to meet high academic expectations and to assume personal responsibility as independent learners.


Susan Green, Instructional Technology Coach

Mrs. Green has a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Virginia Tech and has taught PreK, Kindergarten, and 4th Grades in Accomack County.  She has been the Instructional Technology Coach at PES since 2004.  She loves working with all the wonderful students and staff here!
